Long term contracts can be open ended.

Psychotherapy and Counselling sessions are in the daytime Monday to Friday.

Each Psychotherapy session is 50 minutes long and costs begin from £50 per session.

Some concessional spaces are available.

Therapy sessions are weekly and usually at the same time each week.

Please contact me to find out more about available session times and details of possible contracts.

Face to Face Sessions

Face to face sessions are located in Kings Heath (B14 7EU) and provide a mutual space to develop understanding, familiarity and confidence to discuss and resolve life issues or events.

Initial sessions are a good way to help to see if a psychotherapist or counsellor is someone you can work with and also important for talking though expectations and approaches.

Initial session costs £50.

Remote Sessions

Whist it is beneficial for sessions to be face to face.  There may be circumstances where this is not always possible.  After initially meeting face to face for a number of sessions, Psychotherapy sessions can be online.   However if there are circumstances where it is not possible to meet face to face in the first instance then please contact me for information and availability for remote Psychotherapy sessions.
