Currently I work with individuals, couples, young people and trainee psychotherapists, providing psychotherapy sessions on a long term or short term basis.

Short term contracts can be provided for a minimum of 6 sessions.

Long term contracts can be open ended.

Psychotherapy sessions are in the daytime Monday to Friday.

Each psychotherapy session is 50 minutes long and costs begin from £60 per session.

A few concessional spaces are available.

Therapy sessions are weekly and usually at the same time each week.

Please contact me to find out more about available session times and details of possible contracts.

In-Person Sessions

Face to face sessions are located in Kings Heath, at The Well Health Centre and provide a mutual space to develop understanding, familiarity and confidence to discuss and resolve life issues or events.

Initial sessions are a good way to see if a psychotherapist is someone you can work with and important for talking though presenting issues, expectations and approaches.

Initial session costs £60.

Remote Sessions

Psychotherapy sessions can also be online.  Remote therapy sessions are beneficial in creating an accessible space to work through any presenting issues in a familiar environment.  Remote sessions are during the daytime using Zoom (or another platform if suitable).  Please enquire for availability and further information regarding online psychotherapy sessions.
