Hello...

I have experience of working with clients from varying backgrounds and abilities.  Due to my training and experience I work with a wide range of presenting issues,  I am interested to work with clients on differing issues they would like to explore within Psychotherapy sessions.  Including (but not limited to): Stress; Depression; Anxiety; PTSD; Low mood; Self Harm; Bereavement and Loss; Trauma; Abuse.  I completed my clinical placement at St Martin's Counselling and Psychotherapy service in Birmingham.  Having completed a Level 7 Postgraduate Psychotherapy Diploma I am now a BACP Registered Member in Private Practice alongside completing the remaining requirements to become an accredited UKCP Psychotherapist.   My experience in working with clients has enabled me to develop a greater understanding and knowledge of working with more complex mental health presentations and use a Trauma informed approach when needed.  I also currently work for a charity as a Children's and Young Person's Therapist.
