My experience is in working with clients from varying backgrounds and abilities.  Due to my training I can work with a wide range of presenting issues.  I am interested to work with clients on differing issues they would like to explore within psychotherapy sessions.  The spectrum of presenting issues I work with includes: Stress; Depression; Anxiety; PTSD; Low mood; Self Harm; Bereavement and Loss; Trauma; Abuse.  Having completed a Level 7 postgraduate psychotherapy diploma.  I am now an accredited UKCP member and BACP registered member in private practice.   My experience in working with clients has enabled me to develop a greater understanding and knowledge of working with more complex mental health presentations and use a Trauma informed approach when needed.  I also work with couples and young people and have been employed as a Children's and Young Person's Therapist for a charity.   I have a postgraduate certificate in Working with Couples and a diploma in Counselling Children and Young People to complement my experience.
