Psychotherapy is a beneficial approach to understanding or resolving life issues as well as improving mental health or wellbeing.  Psychotherapy helps clients understand the impact of life events on their emotions, behaviour patterns, beliefs about themselves as well as beliefs about their relationships with others.

Developing a narrative for traumatic and unintegrated experiences through psychotherapy, is useful for understanding the impact events have on our lives.

Psychotherapy facilitates understanding how past experiences can effect our ways of being in the present and our behaviour in relationships with others in our lives.

My psychotherapy training and diploma is in Transactional Analysis from an Integrative perspective.  It has included both Integrative Transactional Analysis and Relational Transactional Analysis.  My psychotherapeutic approach uses aspects from both these schools as well as a trauma informed approach when needed.
